Influvise respects your right to control your personal information.
You can request deletion of your Influvise account and information associated with your connected Instagram account at any time.
Option 1 — Delete Your Account From Influvise
If the account deletion feature is available in your Influvise account:
- Sign in to Influvise.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
After confirmation, Influvise will begin processing your request.
Option 2 — Request Deletion by Email

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Influvise account.
You may include your Influvise username or connected Instagram username to help us identify your account.
Do not send your Instagram password or access token.
What We Delete
When your deletion request is verified, we will delete or anonymize eligible information associated with your account, which may include:
- Influvise account information
- Instagram account identifiers
- Instagram username and profile information stored by Influvise
- Posts and Reels information stored by Influvise
- Captions
- Comments collected through authorized API access
- Engagement statistics
- Views
- Reach
- Saves
- Shares
- Watch-time metrics
- Analytics generated from your Instagram information
- AI-generated insights associated with your account
- Stored Instagram authorization credentials and access tokens
Certain limited information may be retained where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Disconnecting Influvise From Instagram
You can also revoke Influvise's access directly from your Instagram or Meta account settings.
After access is revoked, Influvise will no longer be able to retrieve new information from your Instagram account using the revoked authorization.
Revoking Instagram authorization does not necessarily delete information previously stored by Influvise.
To delete previously stored information, submit a deletion request using one of the methods described above.
Processing Time
We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Where possible, you will receive confirmation once your request has been completed.
