4. Connecting Instagram Accounts
Influvise may allow you to connect an Instagram Professional account using Meta's official authorization systems.
By connecting an Instagram account, you authorize Influvise to access information permitted by the permissions you approve.
Depending on the permissions granted and API availability, this may include:

- Reels
- Captions
- Engagement statistics
- Comments
- Views
- Reach
- Saves
- Shares
- Watch-time metrics
- Other Instagram insights
You represent that you are authorized to connect the Instagram account.
You may revoke Influvise's Instagram access through the applicable Instagram or Meta settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Influvise to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Access accounts or information without authorization
- Circumvent Meta, Instagram, or other platform restrictions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Distribute malware or harmful software
- Interfere with the operation of Influvise
- Abuse API functionality
- Use Influvise to harass, stalk, or harm another person
- Resell access to Influvise unless authorized by us
- Misrepresent your identity or authority over a connected account
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
6. AI-Generated Content and Insights
Influvise may use artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, predictions, summaries, classifications, analyses, and content suggestions.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on or publishing them.
Influvise does not guarantee that recommendations will result in increased reach, engagement, followers, revenue, or other performance improvements.
7. Analytics Accuracy
Influvise relies in part on information supplied by third-party platforms such as Instagram and Meta.
Metrics may:

- Differ from values displayed directly within Instagram
- Become unavailable because of API changes
- Be subject to platform-specific calculation methods
We do not guarantee that all analytics will always be available or completely accurate.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Influvise depends on third-party services, including Meta and Instagram.
Third-party providers may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their APIs at any time.
As a result, certain Influvise functionality may change or become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
Influvise is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
Influvise is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
9. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of your content and information.
You grant Influvise permission to process information you provide or authorize us to access solely as necessary to:
- Operate the service
- Provide analytics
- Generate reports
- Generate AI-powered insights
- Maintain and improve Influvise
- Protect the security and integrity of the service
This permission ends when the relevant information is deleted, subject to reasonable technical, backup, security, and legal retention requirements.
10. Intellectual Property
Influvise, including its software, interface, branding, designs, and original content, is owned by or licensed to the operator of Influvise.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.

We do not guarantee:

- Increased followers
- Increased engagement
- Increased revenue
- Accuracy of every AI-generated recommendation
- Continuous availability of third-party API data
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Influvise and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through the service or other appropriate means.
Continued use of Influvise after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
